What I offer

  • In person sessions in Peterborough, easily accessible by public transport or car. Parking available

  • Online sessions to accommodate those who may not be able to travel or would like support from the comfort of their homes

  • Flexible sessions, to those who prefer a hybrid approach to in-person or online support.

Costs

  • 50-minute sessions cost £45 and are payable in advance

  • regular weekly sessions

  • Details relating to holidays and cancellations are covered in our contract

Q&A

It’s my first time, and I don’t know what to expect

Before we start, we will have a chat to see if I can help. If you decide to go ahead, we will book your first session.

I will then send you an email which will include payment details along with other useful information.

During the first session we will complete an assessment to ensure I meet your initial needs, as well as agree on the contract.

Unsure whether to choose in-person or online session?

Why not try both and see what suits?

If using an online service, you will need to find a quiet, uninterrupted space where you will be comfortable sharing information and not be overheard.

How will my personal information be stored?

I keep accurate and appropriate notes of our work together. These are kept securely and are confidential. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office - www.ico.gov.uk

How is my work monitored?

I attend monthly supervision to ensure I am working ethically and placing you at the centre of my work. Your personal information, including your name, is kept confidential.

How do I contact you between sessions?

I will provide you with my email address which will be frequently checked. I always aim to reply within 48 hours.

If I need to cancel a session, will I still be charged?

Payment is due 24 hours in advance of an appointment. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice by email.

Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a full invoice.
